The “Journey to Reconnection” 2021 Grand Session will be held Friday, June 25th and Saturday, June 26th, 2021 at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City, MO. All Grand Session registration forms and fees are to be postmarked no later than May 20th, 2021.

Pursuant to the JDI Board of Trustees (BOT) JDI Forward recommendations, the following will be in force for the 2021 Grand Session:

• A Waiver shall be signed by the parents of any Daughter, or Grand Bethel member over the age of majority, PRIOR to attending Session. Any Daughter without a waiver shall be denied participation.

• Masks shall be worn at all times outside of your room.

• Social distancing shall be enforced.

• Only those members of a family may room together overnight.

• A maximum of two (2) Daughters shall share a room together overnight.

• If two (2) unrelated Daughters are registered to share a room together, an Accommodation Form shall be signed by a parent of each Daughter PRIOR to the Session.

REGISTRATION, HOTEL AND MEAL PACKAGE: Due to the current COVID-19 situation, this year there are several registration options:

FULL PACKAGE – This package includes the following:

• Session Registration Fee

• Hotel accommodations from Thursday, June 24th – Sunday, June 27th
  Meals:

  • Friday – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • Saturday – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • Sunday – Breakfast

• Prices are as follows:

  • $ 50.00 per person for Daughters

  • $160.00 per person for Adults

DAY PASS and THREE MEALS – This package includes the following:

• Session Registration Fee

• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (one day of choice – Friday or Saturday

• Prices are as follows:

  • $ 80.00 per person for Daughters/Adults

DAY PASS – This package includes the following:

• Session Registration Fee

• Price is as follows:

  • $25 per person for Daughters/Adults
